The engagement

We began with Spa Ceylon's sister brands, Janet and LuvEsence, in 2022. Today we run e-commerce work across the group's flagship site and its regional markets.

Our first projects were the Janet and LuvEsence online stores, rebuilt to convert. That work earned the trust behind the next step: Spa Ceylon's flagship e-commerce site.

The challenge

What stood in the way

A luxury group with several brands and a growing list of countries needs more than one website project. We had to hold quality across distinct brands, support new regional storefronts and keep improving performance, all without diluting Spa Ceylon's premium identity.

What we did

We earned each step through results. Conversion-focused rebuilds for Janet and LuvEsence led to the flagship site, where research and testing lifted conversion by 18%. From there we extended into new markets and moved to a retainer, working alongside the client's own teams.

What it produced

Since taking on the flagship site, our scope has kept growing. We have taken Spa Ceylon into more than five regional markets, adapting the storefront for each, and more launches are underway.

The engagement now runs on a monthly retainer. We work hand in hand with Spa Ceylon's in-house e-commerce and UI teams on new features, market rollouts and a steady cycle of testing and refinement.
