We implemented a comprehensive digital infrastructure overhaul that addressed every aspect of their online presence. Our multi-channel marketing strategy combined technical SEO optimization, advanced booking platform management, strategic content marketing, and sophisticated paid media campaigns. We rebuilt their presence on OTA platforms with optimized listings, professional photography, and strategic pricing models. During peak season, occupancy reaches 82%, positioning the property among the elite performers in the luxury segment. All while maintaining a premium Average Room Rate of $265, proving that strategic digital marketing can drive volume without compromising on positioning or value. Crystal Sands is now recognized as a dominant force in Sri Lanka's luxury hospitality sector.
